Prince George Is Turning into a 'Proper Chap' -- How Could He Not?

Even though this little guy is usually sporting a cheeky grin and looking a bit like he's up to something, it turns out he's coming along just fine. A friend of the royal family has announced to People magazine that Prince George, 3, is turning into "a proper little chap." Aww!

George's father Prince William admitted the adorable tot is "spoilt" and made out like a bandit for this recent third birthday. Often, it's the parents who are the most critical of their kids. So it's nice to hear that this family friend views George as a good little guy. And, really, how could he not be with two such lovely parents?

So, just what is the tiny prince up to when he isn't igniting fashion trends (oh, those knee socks!) and taking in air shows? Well, he goes to preschool three mornings a week when his family is at their country home, Anmer Hall.

We also know he plays with his little sis, Princess Charlotte, who turned 1 back in May. And, he spends time with Lupo, his pet pooch. (Though he should probably not feed the English cocker spaniel ice cream anymore. But, hey, he was just trying to share, right? He really is a little angel!)

Seeing how charming his dad and uncle Harry have turned out and how gracious his mom and his newly engaged aunt Pippa are, we're sure George is going to make his family and the monarchy proud. He's even got his royal wave down. Go, George!
