2Lena Dunham

Perhaps not a surprising choice from the creator of Girls, featured in Lena Dunham's stack of must-reads is Moody Bitches: The Truth About the Drugs You're Taking, the Sleep You're Missing, the Sex You're Not Having & What's Really Making You Crazy ($12.32, amazon.comby Julie Holland, MD. It's billed as a "groundbreaking guide for women of all ages that shows their natural moodiness is a strength, not a weakness."

Self-proclaimed party girl Chelsea Handler might not be the first person who comes to mind when you think of yoga, but the comedian and talk show host apparently has more peaceful side, too!
