Kim Kardashian's Crazy Strict Diet Helped Her Lose 7 Pounds in 2 Weeks

Dieting on point! It's no secret that Kim Kardashian is in the best shape of her life at the moment, but this mama of two has her diet and exercise routine down to a science right now. Recently, it was revealed that Kim lost seven pounds in two weeks before she shot Fergie's "M.I.L.F. $" video. And once you hear how she went about it, it doesn't exactly come as a surprise.

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star has been working out twice a day recently. Kim reportedly does cardio in the morning and then takes a class, such as Pilates, in the afternoon. She's also following a "strict, strict, strict" -- her words -- diet where she only eats about 20 grams of carbohydrates a day. Sounds fun.

Apparently, Kim got super motivated when she was offered the cover of GQ's 10th annual Love, Sex, and Madness issue. "[Losing weight after Saint] was so much easier and I realized [it comes down to] the food," Kim recently said. "I mean, I love to work out and you definitely have to work out to tone up, but so much of it is how you eat. I had to really stay focused. I had to cut out all the sweets and I had such a sweet tooth."

Recently, Kim came under fire (shocker) for her itty-bitty waist in Fergie's video. Haters claimed that Kim Photoshopped her body to look the way it did, as, well, no one's body looks like that. But Kim fired back, saying that her her tiny waist was thanks to a corset -- and apparently a serious diet and exercise routine. 

Looking good, Kimmy! Whatever you're doing, keep it up. But we don't want you to lose too much weight. After all, those curves are what made you famous in the first place.
