TLC Renews 'Jill & Jessa: Counting On' for a Second Season

They're coming back! TLC has renewed Jill and Jessa: Counting On for a second season, just in time for viewers to watch Jinger Duggar get to know her new beau, Jeremy Vuolo.

While we were all reeling from the news on Monday that Jinger had entered a courtship with a super hot soccer player, the family also announced that TLC had opted to renew the 19 Kids and Counting spin-off.

There's been a lot of speculation that the network wouldn't bring the show back for a second season, as a number of advertisers pulled out of airing their commercials while it was on the air.

19 Kids and Counting was canceled last summer, after it was discovered that Josh Duggar had molested five underage girls (four of them his own sisters) multiple times as a young teen. Weeks after TLC officially gave them the boot, Josh was caught in the Ashley Madison hack, and confessed to being unfaithful to his wife Anna.

While Josh was off at a long-term treatment facility to deal with alleged sex addiction, TLC launched Counting On, which is basically 19 Kids sans Jim Bob, Michelle, and Josh. Season 1 was focused primarily on Jill and Jessa and their lives as new wives and moms.

We're sure to see more of Jinger's married sisters (and more likely than not at least one pregnancy announcement in there somewhere), but really we can't wait to watch Jinger and Jeremy!

The new season will air on TLC this summer.
