Kim Kardashian Shares Exact Details of How She Lost 60 Pounds of Baby Weight

Motivated mama! It goes without saying that Kim Kardashian looks incredible lately. Just six short months after giving birth to her son Saint, Kim is in the best shape she's been in in years! How the heck did she do it?! Serious dedication, apparently. Kim recently shared the diet she's following right now, and despite the fact that it includes chocolate and cheese, clearly this mama of two has serious will power. 


Since giving birth to her second, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star has been following the Atkins diet (she's also an ambassador for the brand). Kim is eating very little carbs and is loading up on protein. "There was a moment after [Saint was born] when my body was mush," Kim told People. "I felt like Gumby. There was definitely a moment when I looked in the mirror and I was like, 'I am never going to be the same.'"

So far, Kim has lost the 60 pounds she gained during her pregnancy with Saint, but she's not content with stopping there. Her goal is to get to 120 pounds (she weighed 132 last month). "My butt and my hips are the last to go, but I'm not stopping!" Kim revealed.   

Keeping with the restrictions of the diet, Kim isn't eating bread and pasta, instead munching on things like scrambled eggs and turkey sausage in the morning and grilled chicken and cauliflower mac and cheese for dinner. When she's craving something sweet, Kim opts for Atkins peanut butter cups (yum?). She also starts each day (when she's home) with a 6 a.m. workout with her trainer at home. 

Regardless of her weight, Kim always looks gorgeous, but she looks absolutely stunning lately, and more importantly, she feels good. "After having two kids, and being able to get in shape and still feel good about myself, I've never felt better," she revealed. And seriously, what selfie is more important than that?
