Soaking up the sunshine on a lounge chair and working on your tan — all while sipping frozen cocktails — may seem like a great itinerary for your upcoming summer beach trips. But if you want to stay in shape, do as the stars do and incorporate physical activities into your ocean-side outings. Fortunately, you don't need to do squats and lunges under your beach umbrella to squeeze in some exercise. There are plenty of fun water and sand sports that have the added benefit of providing a great workout!
