More than a pretty face! For anyone who's ever uttered the words, "What exactly does Kim Kardashian do?", the reality star may want to redirect you to her latest accolade: A Webby award. It was announced on Wednesday that Kim will receive her first-ever Webby award for the organization's new category: the Break the Internet award. Could it have gone to anyone else?

In a statement on the Webby Awards website it says:

It would be difficult to underestimate the importance of Kim Kardashian West's impact on the Internet. As the leading celebrity in terms of her online presence and understanding of how to connect with a global audience via social media, apps and online video, Kim has set the standard incredibly high.

Hard to argue with that. The website also said of the award that it's intended for someone who has "an undeniable talent and natural ability to use the Internet to create buzz, engage with fans and communities, and get the world to pay attention." Love her or hate her, that's Kim right there in a nutshell.

Whether it's because of a nude selfie she's posted, or how she's showing her support for Caitlyn Jenner, Kim always knows how to get people talking. She's essentially built her entire empire on social media, and it's actually kind of a surprise that she's only receiving such a prestigious award for all of her work now. Either way, it's well-deserved.

She may have started out as a woman with a reality show because of a sex tape she made, but Kim has certainly come a long way. Between her numerous business ventures and the fact that she's been on almost every magazine cover -- including Vogue -- is proof that she's here to stay. Congrats on your award, Kim. No one deserves it more.
