Chloe Grace Moretz Reignites Feud With Kim Kardashian Over 'Voyeuristic' Nude Selfies

Time for round two? A few months after Kim Kardashian and Chloe Grace Moretz got into it on Twitter (after Moretz tweeted about a nude selfie Kim posted to Instagram), Moretz is explaining her decision to call Kim out. In a recent interview with Glamour magazine, the Kick-Ass star defends her choice to criticize the mom of two, and not surprisingly, makes a tons of sense doing it. The only question now is: How will Kim respond?

In the interview Moretz maintains that she wasn't slut-or body-shaming Kim, which is what the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star said in a blog post following their spat. "That picture wasn't linked to body confidence," Moretz explained. "It wasn't a #BodyConfidence or #LoveWhoYouAre. It was done in a slightly voyeuristic light, which I felt was a little inappropriate for young women to see." She then added, "I would hate for young women to feel they need to post certain photos in order to gain likes, retweets, favorites, and male attention ... I wasn't slut shaming. It's not about body shaming."

For anyone who doesn't remember the specifics of the argument, after Moretz commented about Kim's selfie, Kim tweeted, "Let's all welcome @ChloeGMoretz to twitter, since no one knows who she is." Ouch! Sadly, Moretz mentioned that her mother felt the most offended when Kim came back at her with such "girl-on-girl hate."

It's pretty surprising -- and pretty impressive -- that Moretz is bold enough to go here again. Kim is a seriously powerful woman, and chances are, she's going to respond to her again. Hopefully, though, after hearing what Moretz had to say -- even though it's still critical of Kim -- Kim will respond with an equally intelligent and measured argument.

Kim Kardashian certainly isn't everyone's cup of tea, but there's no denying that she's damned if she does, damned if she doesn't. Whether she posts a sexy selfie or a sweet photo of North to social media, someone is going to have something to say about it. It can't be fun for Kim and the rest of her family to live under such a critical microscope, but sadly it's a small price to pay for being one of the world's most famous people.

Kim, you're up. And no hitting below the belt this time.
