A lot is made of all the doings of Prince William and Kate Middleton and their adorable spawn, but we cannot forgot all that Prince Harry does, and much of it is in the name of his late mother, Princess Diana. He wants to carry on her legacy.

Yes, Harry wants to settle down and have kids someday (women pray every night that they will become "the one"), but he told People magazine, "All I want to do is make my mother incredibly proud. That's all I've ever wanted to do." We cannot help but smile at that sentiment -- what a beautiful thing to say, and it is in his work that we can assure him that he is most certainly making her and the world proud. One example is with the Invictus Games, which are taking place in America for the first time this year. These Games are a testament of the strength of wounded men and women of the armed forces -- and Harry's devotion to and care of veterans all over the world. Harry was a major part of making these Games happen, and he is in Florida to host them.

When talking about his mother, Harry said how there was a "gaping hole" not only in his heart, but also "for a huge amount of people across the world." He said that he and his brother Will are trying to do the same incredible work that she did, in an effort to "fill that void as much as possible." He added that it was a natural thing for him to be philanthropic and charitable and so he does this work not only to continue his mother's vision, but because he genuinely wants to help others as well. It is the values that Princess Diana instilled in her sons that are clearly shining through. He added, "I know I've got a lot of my mother in me. I am doing a lot of things that she would probably do."

Our hearts feel his sadness over the loss of his mother, but also his pride in her and all that she did to help others. It's truly lovely to know he as well as his brother have such beautiful souls and the drive to do good in this world. Which is exactly why "Operation Marry Harry" is going to be full speed ahead until he puts a ring on someone's finger.
