Kate's lovely younger sister recently competed in a 33-mile cross country skiing challenge in Norway, and even at the end she looked positively gorgeous. So what's her secret?

According to the brunette beauty in an interview with Hello!, she packs plenty of energy-boosting brown rice, lentils, quinoa, and sweet potatoes into her diet when she's in training. She also says she eliminates alcohol, refined sugars, and processed foods approximately a week before an event.

Sounds totally doable, right? While it can be tough to sacrifice certain favorite foods, if you feel better and stronger, why not give it a try?
