Kate Middleton Is Kissing Life in the Country Goodbye for Prince George's Sake

Prince George is signed up for Wetherby PrepLooks like the Royal Family could be saying good-bye to country life at Amner Hall sooner than we expected. Prince William and Kate Middleton have reportedly signed up Prince George to attend William's alma mater, Wetherby pre-preparatory school in London.

We all knew little George would be following in his dear old dad's footsteps, just didn't think it would be happening quite so soon! The pricey prep school's motto is "care, share and be fair," which is lovely but we liked the idea of the young Royals enjoying their quiet country life at Amner Hall for a bit longer.

Plus, doesn't it seem like just yesterday the chubby-cheeked Royal was just starting preschool?

Wetherby is located just a stone's throw from Buckingham Palace so we suppose it would be easier for William and Kate to carry out their royal duties in London than it is when they're tucked away in the countryside.

While we certainly relish any opportunity to catch a glimpse of the glamorous Kate, we admired that she was keeping the family away from the bustle of the big city. But we suppose little George could only duck the royal life for just so long!

If he attends Wetherby, he'd start in September. The stylish tot will be trading in his quilted navy blue jacket for gray blazer or overcoat trimmed in red, complemented by a red tie and gray cap.

We're sure he'll look completely adorable, just don't grow up too fast George!
