Kylie JennerTo paraphrase her brother-in-law Kanye West, Kylie Jenner just might be one of the most influential 18-year-olds OF ALL TIME. Even though she's the reigning teen queen of social media, there's probably a lot you don't know about Kylie. From her penchant for Chinese food to her passion for giving back, this is one reality star that's worth getting to know a little better.

    Kylie once confessed that if she could spend a day as any artist, she'd be Nicki Minaj. We bet this made Nicki dissing Kylie's relationship with Tyga in the video for "Feeling Myself" all the more hurtful.

    One of Kylie's favorite foods to cook is yellow rice. According to her: "I'm living out my youth not doing any exercise and eating what I want, which is pretty bad. I'm into yellow rice – you just cook it for 15 minutes, it tastes so good." That sounds like a healthy choice compared to eating what we want, which is an entire box of Tagalongs.

    Khloe isn't the only member of the family with a history of driving woes. Kylie wound up in a car accident only 18 days after getting her license, and she earned a speeding ticket a few months after that. We'd suggest letting Tyga do the driving, but the couple got into a car crash last year while the rapper was behind the wheel.

  • A Novel Idea

    Kylie co-wrote a science fiction novel with her sister, Kendall. Rebels: City of Indra: The Story of Lex and Livia was published in 2014. The sisters were criticized for relying on a ghostwriter, but the ghostwriter, Mary Sloan, insisted that the writing process was collaborative.

    Although she was born into a wealthy family, Kylie has been financially independent for years. Kylie told InStyle that Kris cut her off long before her 18th birthday. "My Mum cut me off financially three years ago so I pay for everything -- my car, my gas and food as well as my clothes," Kylie said. Hear that, fellow milllenials? Kylie is hustling for her pay checks just like we are.

    Just like her sisters Khloe and Kendall, Kylie was home schooled. Kylie initially attended Sierra Canyon School with Kendall, but in 2012 she decided home schooling was a better fit. She received her high school diploma last summer.

  • Acting the Part

    Kylie isn't just a reality star turned designer and model -- she's also an aspiring actress. In an interview with Marie Claire Mexico, Kylie said, "Right now I love designing and I want to pursue that career once I turn 18, but acting is something I would regret not giving a chance when I'm older, so I would love to try it and see if I like it." She added, "I used to do plays in school and then in my community. I would participate in all of them 'til I was 13." We'll be watching for her name in the credits of the next Coen brothers movie.

  • Gaga for Lady Gaga

    Tyga isn't the only musician Kylie is head over heels for. She told Interview Magazine that she is obsessed with Lady Gaga. She said, "I saw her at the Alexander Wang fashion show after-party, and I think she's the nicest person ever."

    For Valentine's Day, Kylie joined forces with Courtney Sixx to drop off care packages for patients at the Children's Hospital Los Angeles. In the past, Kylie raised money for the hospital by auctioning off items from her wardrobe on eBay.

Kylie's nerves got the best of her during a class presentation when she accidentally said, "My favorite food is soccer and basketball."     Last year, Kylie launched an anti-bullying campaign on Instagram called #IAmMoreThan. According to Kylie, she started the campaign because she "wanted to give other people who have been bullied, and who overcame it to do something amazing, the opportunity to use my platform to bring awareness, to inspire people."
