Millionaire Kristen Stewart Is Bored by All This Gender Inequality Talk in Hollywood

Kristen Stewart

Lots of people are speaking out about the gender gap in Hollywood. Jennifer Lawrence discussed how much less she makes than her male costars. Geena Davis has always fought for more representation for girls and women in movies. But one person pretty bored of this whole discussion is Kristen Stewart.

Kristen Stewart's take on gender inequality in Hollywood is that basically guys' movies make more money so guys make more money.

As lovely and talented as Kristen is, I think she needs to pretty much stop talking. Not only is she not adding anything to the discussion or making the world better for women to see themselves represented on the big screen (and get paid fairly for doing so), but her comments just come across as being so misguided and spoiled.

At least she sort of acknowledges the fact she sounds that way. Sort of:

And that's easy to say ... Like, f---, it's hard to get movies made. It's a huge luxury. Who gets to just make movies? But that subject is just so prevalently everywhere right now, and it's boring.

Welp, sorry you're so bored with it, Kristen, but I'll be here with the rest of the women boring you, because not only do I think that female-driven scripts and stories are important for women to see, but I also think it's important for our daughters.
