The 34-year-old royal and mom of two will spend a day in February commissioning writing contributions from leading mental health experts as part of her continued effort to shed light on the many issues that affect the mental health community. Kensington Palace confirmed the exciting news. A spokersperson told Us Weekly:

The Duchess of Cambridge has made the mental health of young children a key focus of her work in recent year. The Duchess will be commissioning contributions from a number of leading figures in the mental health sector as well as from young people, parents, and teachers. We look forward to welcoming the Huffington Post team to Kensington Palace next month.

So, yeah, unfortunately, there will be no photos of Kate at HP's offices, working at a cubicle. But the next best thing is Kate involved in any aspect of journalism for the greatest reason of all — to help others.

There's no doubt in my mind that the mere mention of Kate's name on the site will drum up readership that day and direct everyone's attention to the mental health articles that Kate will be involved in editing. This was a really smart decision on the parts of both the Huffington Post and the royal family. And it's just one more way in which the young royals are choosing to break down barriers and connect with the people they represent.

Let's hope Kate brings her editing skills to the US next!
