Kourtney Kardashian Bravely Admits She's Suffering From Anxiety (PHOTO)

kourtney kardashianShe may be hooking up with a young stud and look like a million bucks, but Kourtney Kardashian is opening up about her anxiety. On her app on Monday, Kourtney revealed that she's been dealing with anxiety during the past few months, and explained how she copes with it.

Not long after news broke that Scott Disick is dating Swedish model Lina Sandberg, Kourtney posted the following photo to Instagram, revealing that she was suffering from anxiety:

Then, on her app, Kourtney said that despite the fact that she's not a "nervous person," she does suffer from anxiety. "I also get nauseated," Kourtney revealed. "I feel like I can’t eat when it is really bad, but I force myself to stay healthy. One thing I’ve found that really helps is working out."

Kourtney, who's clearly been on a workout kick as of late, said that she aims to work out five times a week, preferably in the morning, as that's when her anxiety is the worst. She also went on to say that her plan was to get into tip-top shape after the birth of her third child, Reign. She had no idea she was going to be going through all the drama she's been dealing with the past few months.

Likely retaliating against all the people (read: her Instagram followers) who claim that she's too thin, the mom of three wrote, "People are very quick to judge others by appearances but you truly don't know what someone's motivation is or what is going on inside them. For me, exercise is as much about my body as it is about calming my mind."

Regardless of what you think of her body (which isn't really anyone's business but hers), it sounds like the main reason Kourtney works out is to feel good and mentally strong. It obviously has many, many physical benefits, but it doesn't sound like fitting into a size zero dress is Kourt's main motivation.

Hopefully, Kourtney can find some peace amidst all the drama she's been going through with Scott. Working out obviously helps her, but it can only do so much. Hang in there, Kourt.
