Oprah’s Emotional Weight Watchers Ad Is Giving Everyone the Feels (VIDEO)

All the feels! Oprah Winfrey recently teamed up with Weight Watchers, and the 60-second ad they created is bringing people to their knees with emotion. She's famously struggled with her weight, and I think she pretty much sums up what it feels like when all you want to do is numb out your feelings with food.

Just take a look at this load of inspiration.

The commercial dropped on Christmas Eve, and the public took to Twitter to share their feelings about it. Oprah officially joined the Weight Watchers crew in October, but this ad is what really has people talking. And crying.

The talk sow maven openly told the cameras, "Inside every overweight woman is a woman she knows she can be. Many times you look in the mirror and you don't even recognize your own self because you got lost, buried in the weight that you carry."

She continued, "Nothing you've ever been through is wasted. So every time I tried and failed, every time I tried again, and every time I tried again, has brought me to this most powerful moment to say, 'If not now, when?'"

Oprah in undoubtedly doing very well for herself, but this ad reminds us that no matter how rich, how successful, or how genetically gifted we are, many of us struggle with eating our feelings. I love that she's opened herself up to be honest with her feelings about being overweight, and I love the encouraging message that she's shared.
