Khloe Kardashian Lost 11 Pounds in a Month With a Simple Diet Change

In the past year, Khloe has completely transformed her gorgeous body. And in a new interview with New Beauty magazine, Khloe revealed her secret for dropping 11 pounds in a month

Despite working out nonstop and eating healthy, Khloe evidently had a few stubborn pounds that she still wanted to drop, but nothing was working -- so she did the unthinkable and ditched dairy. Cheese, milk, pizza, ice cream. You name it, it's gone from Khloe's cupboard. "I'm obsessed with cheese and milk, but eliminating them from my diet made the biggest difference," Khloe told the mag. "In a month and a half, I lost 11 pounds just from not eating dairy, without doing anything else different, and that totally blew my mind."

That is pretty mind-blowing. Eleven pounds is no joke. And these days, eliminating dairy, which, yes, is in almost everything, isn't nearly as hard as it seems. From soy to hemp to almond to Daiya, there are so many other options to choose from.

It's so refreshing that Khloe has been so open about her fitness journey. Not only has she documented every step of the way, but she's also always been willing to share her tips, tricks, and secrets. Hopefully, she's inspiring people to start working out and start getting healthy.
