Kate Middleton Adds Basketball to Her List of Many Talents (VIDEO)

There's no end to the impressive facts we keep learning about the Duchess of Cambridge. At a recent charity event, Kate Middleton showed off her basketball skills -- because why be a graceful, well-dressed royal when you can also be a princess who slays with a basketball and hoop?

Kate and Prince William attended ICAP's 23rd annual Charity Day in London on Wednesday, which raised money for a number of charities that the royal couple support, including SportsAid and Place2Be. In addition to making funny phone calls to traders on behalf of stock brokers, Kate and Will got to have a lot of fun touring the offices, which were set up with various sport-themed activities.

In one corner of the office, a basketball hoop called out Kate's name. The 33-year-old mom of two happily accepted a basketball and gave it her best shot (pun intended). While standing a few feet away from the hoop, decked out in high heels and an LK Bennett skirt suit, the duchess made a slam dunk on her first try:

Can we all agree that Kate is a magical unicorn sent to our planet to encourage us all to never, ever let status dictate who we are? She doesn't allow herself to get caught up in the title of "Duchess," nor does she let it stand in her way of engaging in friendly competition with William or with herself. She has always been athletic and sees no reason to give up that part of herself simply because she's a princess and a mom.

If Kate would only join an extracurricular sports team, all of our hopes and dreams will come true.
