Josh Duggar's Brothers Open Up About the Devastation That He Caused Them (VIDEO)

It's hard not to feel bad for the 19 Kids and Counting crew, after everything they've been through this year. Now John-David and Joseph Duggar are speaking out about the devastation Josh caused their family, and it's heartbreaking.

In Jill and Jessa: Counting On, the eldest Duggar brothers after Josh explain how after they found out he was living a secret double life, they no longer look up to him or want to be like him.

Josh rocked their world last summer, after he was exposed in the Ashley Madison hack. He admitted to being unfaithful to Anna, and is now in a long-term treatment facility for his apparent sex addiction.

Joseph, 20, is close to tears sharing, "I don't think there's any way any of us would have known that my brother was living such a secret life ... It broke my heart. Whenever somebody you respect the most is willing to get up and proclaim what we believe as Christians, about being true to your wife, you'd never think that that's the person who's involved in it."

"I always wanted to be like him. But one of the toughest things I had to tell my older brother was, I don't want to be like you anymore," adds John-David.

He also says that he feels like he's taken on the role Josh failed to fill, as the eldest brother of the family. "It's a big load. It's a big weight upon me now," he confesses. "I've got a whole bunch of younger siblings looking up to me, and I've got to be an example to them ... Because whatever I am, that's what they want to be. I know that's how it was for me and Josh."

What Josh did affected not just him and Anna and their four chidlren, but his entire family. I just hope they're all able to find peace eventually.
