Gisele Bundchen Finally Breaks Her Silence About Her Relationship With Bridget Moynahan

She's finally talking! After nearly a decade of silence over her then-boyfriend's ex-girlfriend showing up pregnant with his baby, Gisele Bündchen is finally opening up about Bridget Moynahan and her role in Tom Brady's life.

The supermodel and the football MVP are now married with two adorable kiddos, but according to the Victoria's Secret Angel, it almost never happened.

Way back in 2007, shortly after Bündchen and Brady started dating, his ex-flame Moynahan announced that she was pregnant with his baby. Talk about your bad timing! They broke up in December and she got pregnant around the same time. A couple of month later -- whoops. She revealed that she was about three months along.

Gisele and Tom stayed together, marrying in 2009, and though we've speculated about what happened, this is the first time she's really talked openly about it. The supermodel did an interview with Charlie Rose on CBS This Morning and talked about how she felt at the time:

It was a challenging thing because here I am, you know, thinking, I'm dating this guy, we met, and we started dating and everything is great and then this happens ... So, then I felt like I didn't know what to do. It was kind of one of those moments of like, "Do I just run away?"

In all fairness to the mom of two, we'd hardly call breaking up with a guy whose ex-girlfriend just announced she was pregnant with his baby "running away." Regardless, she stayed, and now she says that she has a great relationship with her stepson.

In addition to her bio-kids Benjamin, 5, and Vivian, 2, Gisele calls 8-year-old John (nicknamed Jack) her "bonus" kid. "I think, now, eight years later, I couldn't have asked for a sweeter bonus child," Bündchen said happily.

Aww! And we know she's not just making up the feel-good feelings about co-parenting. They've been spotted out a time or two at Jack's soccer games, acting like buds.

Gisele also said that she believes that the quality of your life depends on the quality of your relationships, and that being supportive of your loved ones is the "most important thing you can have in life."

Sounds like things ended up exactly how they should have for all parties.
