Kendall Jenner Makes Fashion History Walking in Givenchy's First NYFW Show

kendall jenner steven tyler givenchy showGivenchy had its first ever New York Fashion Week show and it was no surprise that Kendall Jenner was one of the Givenchy models on the runway for the history-making event. Creative director Riccardo Tisci has worked with Kendall quite a bit lately -- and why wouldn't he? Kendall is one of the "it" models of the moment. Naturally, it was a star-studded affair.

While fellow model Candice Swanepoel took a tumble while walking, Kendall was able to stay afoot despite the challenging footwear and steps that were part of the runway. (Candice is fine, just suffered a bruised ego and some knee scrapes. She managed to look beautiful through it all.) Some models even had pearls glued to their face. Not Kendall, though.

Walking third, Kendall wore black pants and a white top with lace and ribbons. Her hair was slicked back and her eyebrows were dusted to a much lighter color than they typically are. She looked gorgeous, of course. I love following her modeling career -- she's at the top of her game.

In the audience was her sister Kim, who looked incredible wearing the perfect goth lace pregnancy outfit ever. Kanye West was there, too, of course, along with Nicki Minaj, Julia Roberts, Uma Thurman, Michael Kors, Vera Wang, Christina Ricci, Amanda Seyfried, and Steven Tyler. Tyler posed with Kendall after the big event. Because, of course.

What an honor to be a part of fashion history, walking in Givenchy's first NYFW show. Just one more thing to add to Kendall's illustrious modeling career.
