The Duggars Wanted No Part of Amy Duggar's 'Trashy' Wedding Reception

The Duggar family may have attended cousin Amy Duggar's wedding ceremony, but the 19 Kids and Counting crew apparently hightailed it home shortly after the reception started. Amy admitted the Duggar fam "left right when the music was starting."

The controversial cousin of the ultra-conservative famous family changed into a slinky satin rose-gold-hued gown from her strapless sweetheart wedding gown, and got down and dirty on the dance floor. Amy admitted that Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, along with brood which included married daughters Jill Dillard and Jessa Seewald, "stayed for two songs or so. It was country so they probably dealt with it."

The Duggars famously don't dance, because it's just too tempting to touch and it's basically simulated sex anyway, right? Anyway, to each their own.

Amy said that after her relatives left, "the lights went down, the disco lights came up. Everybody kicked off their shoes." She continued, "It went from classy to trashy real quick, which was the best!"

"Everyone was having the time of their lives," she gushed. "We broke out the bar as soon as my family left. The champagne was chilled, we had whiskey, mixed drinks, everything. It was so fun."

Alcohol?? She is definitely the rebel of the family. Amy's mom, Deanna Duggar-Jordan, said she understood why her brother skipped out, and even left a little early herself. She confessed, "I left at about 10 o'clock ... When the rap music started, I decided it was about time to go. But they were all having a good time."

The party reportedly raged for hours, and ended after she and Dillon King raced off on his Ducati motorcycle. "It was just a really good celebration," she said. She joked that some of the guests "were probably hurting the morning after," but she and Dillon couldn't be happier.

She gushed, "He was staring at his ring all morning. We're just so in love."
