Kate Middleton & Prince William's Country Estate Is About to Get a Swanky Upgrade

Kate Middleton and Prince William are giving a makeover to one specific portion of their country abode, named Anmer Hall, and the upgrade makes total sense for the duke and duchess.

The royal couple were just given the green light to build an AstroTurf tennis court, which will run about £60,000, according to the Daily Mail. It's not that they didn't have a court before -- they did -- but apparently that old thing is in shambles. We can't have Kate and Wills enjoying a doubles match with one of their couple friends on a shabby tennis court, now can we? What would the neighbors think?

The renovation actually is quite practical for the family, who are not only huge tennis fans (they can be seen taking in matches at Wimbledon regularly) but love to play the sport as well.

And to think I consider a home refresh throwing some new paint on the walls. Once again, Kate and William know how to do things right.
