Kylie Jenner's 'Insensitive' Snapchat Angers Fans but Clearly She Doesn't Care (VIDEO)

Kylie JennerKylie Jenner doesn't care what people say -- and she evidently doesn't mind if she offends people. The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star posted a Snapchat recently that isn't sitting well with many. In the short video, Kylie is rocking cornrows in her hair -- again -- despite getting slammed the last time she wore her hair that way.

As you may remember, back in July, Kylie posted a photo of herself with cornrows, and numerous people -- including Hunger Games star Amandla Stenberg -- took issue with it, saying that Kylie was appropriating black culture. Stenberg commented on Kylie's Instagram photo, "when u appropriate black features and culture but fail to use ur position of power to help black Americans by directing attention towards ur wigs instead of police brutality or racism #whitegirlsdoitbetter." Kylie, clearly not caring, shot back with, "Mad if I don't, Mad if I do…. Go hang w Jaden [Smith] or something."

Stenberg wasn't the only person who took offense to Kylie's hair -- numerous people commented on her Instagram that she was being disrespectful. Again, though. Clearly, Kylie doesn't care.

People's opinions certainly are divided on this issue, and I have to say, even though I don't find what Kylie did to be the most respectful thing, I don't think she's racist. However, it probably wasn't the smartest move to wear cornrows yet again after it angered and offended so many people the first time.

Think before posting, Kylie.
