Kourtney Kardashian's Emotional Tweet Means She's Having a Harder Time Post-Split Than We Thought

kourtney kardashianHmm ... maybe she isn't doing as well as we thought. On Wednesday, Kourtney Kardashian posted a video about vulnerability to Twitter, and naturally, it has everyone talking. The video is a TED talk from 2011 called "The Power of Vulnerability" by author Brené Brown -- and it couldn't be more perfect for Kourt (and Scott Disick) right now.

The 20-minute video talks about how to find self-worth in the midst of emotionally trying times. Being that she and her partner of nine years recently split up, it's obviously no coincidence that Kourtney watched this video. However, it is fairly surprising that she posted it online for her millions of followers to see.

Since she and Scott have parted ways, Kourtney has seemed to be doing fine -- more than fine, actually. She looks fantastic, has been spending time with her kids, and is often seen going out with friends and having fun. Clearly, though, there's more than meets the eye.

On the one hand, it's kind of disappointing that Kourtney posted this, because now Scott will be able to see that she's not as great as it seems. But, on the other, this is exactly the point of the video. By posting a video on vulnerability, Kourtney is letting herself be vulnerable. Really, it's all very meta. Kourtney's actually kind of like a philosopher. Just kidding.

Anyway, it seems like both Kourtney and Scott have a ways to go before they can heal and move on in their lives. But, it's nice to see that Kourtney is taking care of herself both physically and emotionally during this trying time. Let's hope Scott's doing the same.
