Bobbi Kristina Brown to Be Buried With Mom Whitney Houston

Funeral arrangements have been made for the only daughter of Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown, following the 22-year-old's death last Sunday. After the private service, Bobbi Kristina Brown will be laid to rest near her mom, who died in similar circumstances over three years ago.

The funeral will be held in Georgia this Saturday, August 1, after it was rescheduled from Thursday to accommodate some family members who couldn't make it until the weekend. It will be held at St. James United Methodist Church in Alpharetta, Georgia, the city that Bobbi Kristina called home.

Her body will then be transported to the Westfield, New Jersey, cemetery where her famous mother is buried, and she is expected to be buried next to her. They were so close in life that it only seems fitting that they are buried next to each other, although we wish more than anything that they were still with us.

Brown's death came after months of being in an induced coma and on life support. Several weeks ago, she was transferred to a hospice to live out her remaining days, and allow her loved ones a chance to say good-bye.

An autopsy was performed, but few details were revealed as to how she ended up facedown and unresponsive in her bathtub on January 31. Officials say that additional testing will be performed to determine the cause of death and figure out if any foul play was involved.

But for now, her friends and family are getting a chance to finally lay her to rest. The Houston family issued a statement following her death, saying, "She is finally at peace in the arms of God."

Rest in peace, Bobbi Kristina.
