Happy Birthday, Prince George! A Look Back on Two Years of Royal Cuteness (PHOTOS)

Sweet Prince George of Cambridge has turned 2 years old -- and he's done so much already. He has mastered the comb-over and a faux hawk, wore overalls and a dress, and fills the very big shoes of being a big brother to his sister, Princess Charlotte. He's won our hearts as well as those of his mom and dad -- Kate Middleton and Prince William. A look back on his two years will bring the biggest smile to your face -- this kid is royally adorable.

He's fashionable -- I think we have his mother to thank for that. He's got this magnetic smile, thanks to both Mom and Dad -- Prince William sure is handsome. But it's also clear that Prince George already has a style all of his own. I'm not going to say it's because he's royal, because it's more than that -- Prince G is quite the delight (no matter how much of a handful the rumor mill wants us to believe). He's 2 and terrific! Here are 20 of his cutest moment so far.

  • The first official family photo.

Everyone seems so young here. Now Will and Kate are old hat when it comes to parenting. Here they were, brand-new at it, with a brand-new George. Awww.

  • Royally dressed.

Prince George's christening gown is one that has been passed down for generations. What a little doll face.

  • Hello, cheeks.

Check out George a few months before his first birthday. Those cheeks!

  • Rocking a faux hawk.

While I will bet that this is completely accidental and just the way George's hair was growing, he does seem to have a faux hawk. God save the Queen?

  • He eats ... everything!

Parents know that when you have a baby, everything goes in their mouths. Everything! Kate find this hilarious. Will isn't sure what to do. George thinks paper is delicious in orange.

  • Hip hip horray!

As the Queen's birthday parade went by, Prince George watched from the window and clearly wanted to be in on the action.

  • Pulling Mama's hair.

As all moms know, one of the most favorite things for kids to play with is your hair. George seems to be playing peek-a-boo with mama Kate's locks.

  • The sweetest smile.

This is such a precious photo. Kate can't see her son since he's on her shoulder, but I hope she ended up seeing this photo. The little prince is clearly so very happy being cradled by his mum. What a smile. What a moment.

  • Playing polo.

Ah, you know. Just another day of wearing overalls, chubby cheeks, and playing polo.

  • George: Meet Blue Teddy Bear.

George isn't quite sure what to make of blue teddy bear. It's such a classic kid moment. He's thinking: I don't know whether to be scared of happy. Is this a toy?

  • Prince George at HIS exhibit.

When you're a prince, you get cool things named after you, like a section of the zoo. The Taronga Zoo in Australia named this the Prince George Bilby Exhibit. George seems psyched.

  • First birthday!

George loves his overalls. (I do too but always found them annoying when having to change diapers.) Here is our favorite prince (don't tell Harry and Will) during his first "official" birthday photo.

  • Serious case of the cutes.

Stop it! Just stop! The cuteness! It's too much. Those high socks. That face -- those cheeks. My ovaries are begging for another child right now.

  • Look ma!

During the Trooping the Colour at the Queen's Birthday Parade, Prince George was acting very non-Royal-like and showing a ton of emotion. I'm so glad there are babies in the castle again! Things were getting too stuffy.

  • Making all the Royals laugh.

Even the Queen can't contain how cute she thinks her great-grandchild is -- though she's trying to pay attention to what's happening. George certainly cannot contain his excitement for whatever she sees up above.

  • Matching Dad.

When Prince George went to the hospital to meet his little sister for the first time, this is what he wore -- a matching outfit with Daddy. I can't! It's too cute!

  • Cardigan cutie.

Not everyone can wear a cardigan and look this cool. Prince George certainly can. He's part prep and part Angus Young.

  • On his toes.

The inquisitive prince is seen here peeking into his sister's pram at her christening. What's all the fuss over this one? he's probably wondering. Ahhh ... she's in the same dress I wore a couple of years ago.

  • Sweet waves.

What is it about a toddler who smiles and waves? It's just about the cutest thing ever. And when that toddler is wearing red shorts and a white-and-red tucked-in shirt like this one, well, it's heart melting.

  • Blond curls.

Taken just a couple weeks ago during his sister's baptism, this photo really shows how Prince George is growing up. His hair is so blond and also has developed a bit of a curl and wave. Love it.
