From Hollywood to the Hamptons, these "reel" besties not only share the silver screen, they also share scripts, secrets, and sunscreen! Some of these iconic pairs have known each other since they were mere wee ones, while others bonded over screenplays. The lucky few get to show up on set with their BFF on a regular basis. 

When you get to laugh, cry and rehearse together, it makes for some good bonding time, and surely some great takes. Check out these famous celebs who are besties both on and off screen!

Their blossoming friendship was no doubt a bonus when they co-starred in 2009's The Proposal. Maybe that's why Reynolds has said that working with Bullock is like working with family.
