Chris Brown's Aunt Is Held Hostage & His Mom Reportedly Points Fingers at Son's 'No Good' Friends

Scary! In a break-in during the wee hours of the morning on Wednesday, July 15, Chris Brown's aunt was held hostage at gunpoint at the singer's house -- and Chris's mom is blaming his "friends."

Police confirmed that the singer's aunt was home alone when the crime was committed and was locked in the closet by the perpetrators.

It's the second time in two months that one of Brown's homes has been broken into -- this time his six-bedroom abode in Tarzana. In May, a woman broke into his Agoura Hills house. Brown's mom doesn't think it's a coincidence either -- Joyce Hawkins thinks she knows who's behind it.

Hawkins has been at odds with her son for years over the people she calls his "no-good-ass friends," i.e., the people who pretend to be friends with the singer but are actually just hangers-on to his fame and fortune.

Hours after the break-in, she tweeted, "Watch who you standing beside," and a source told TMZ that she thinks her son's groupies are putting him in bad situations.

According to the police, Brown's aunt "heard a ruckus" downstairs around 2 a.m. and went to investigate. She was reportedly confronted outside the house by three masked thieves wearing bandanas over their faces, and one of them had a gun.

The LAPD confirmed, "The suspects ordered the victim into a closet and ransacked the location ... They took cash, some electronics, and other items. RHD (Robbery-Homicide Division) is handling the investigation."

Thankfully, Brown's aunt was unharmed during the ordeal. He arrived home shortly after the robbery took place.

No matter who did it, it's weird that he's been a victim of home invasion twice in just two months. Here's to hoping it's just a coincidence and not an inside job.
