Rihanna’s Gory New Music Video Goes Too Far (VIDEO)

You guys. I just can't even with Rihanna's new music video, "Bitch Better Have My Money." It's seven minutes of gore, nudity, violence, drug abuse, and torture, and there's a small fluffy dog in it too whose fate is unknown. It's entirely over-the-top, and I just can't find any good reason for this video to exist.

It's being touted as some sort of feminism, because the term "bitch better have my money" is usually associated with pimps talking about their *female employees* -- not with a girl demanding to be paid. Yay feminism! Or something.

The entire video is basically a portrayal of Rihanna torturing and presumably killing a couple who owed her money. Her account balance was at ZERO, people! Murder was definitely apropos when that is taken into consideration.

Take a look, if you dare, and please be forewarned, it is definitely NSFW.

So yeah, that happened. A video glorifying violence, torture, and revenge is seen as OK by many people, because feminism!

I just think that Rihanna, of all people, wouldn't be about glamorizing violence. You know, since Chris Brown famously beat the crap out of her? Maybe this was her way of saying, "I can dish as well as I get"?

But seriously. I don't get it. Call it feminism all you want, but at the end of the day, this gory, violent music video isn't hitting the happy parts of my brain.

What do you think about Rihanna's new music video? Do you think it empowers females?
