Kate Middleton's 'Expensive' Secret to Getting Back Into Skinny Jeans 6 Weeks After Birth

It was just six weeks ago when we welcomed Princess Charlotte into the royal family, and expressed our happiness for Kate, William, and Prince George. Middleton looked gorgeous, as always, when introducing Charlotte to the world, and now less than two months later we see her in skinny jeans looking positively svelte and glowing. Her royal secret? It's expensive and decadent!

Kate worked with a trainer not just after she gave birth, but before. It was said to be a super discreet situation ... because shhh ... can't have anyone know she had to work to keep fit. No royal magic here, as they may wish you to believe. (I still believe!) A source told People magazine that the trainer customizes the diet for each person and that it cost "a lot of money, but you get a lot for the price." This source went on to say:

The trainer checks in remotely with Kate by phone every day as well as seeing her in person once a week.

We surmise that Kate is breastfeeding Charlotte, just as she did with George. That in itself often helps take off the baby weight. Not that I'm rushing her -- I'm one of those who thinks you shouldn't go on any crazy diet to get back to this so-called pre-baby weight. Your body changes a lot during pregnancy, and it may not go back to being exactly the same as it was before -- and that's okay. But, because Kate is Kate, I'm going to guess that she isn't into any fad and is just eating right, getting strong, and being her typical fit self. It was reported that she already is one of those "clean eaters" anyway.

So it's organic fruits, veggies, and lean meats, along with plenty of water for Kate ... while dishing out a lot of cash for that trainer. She looks gorgeous -- and incredible in those skinny jeans.

What do you think of Kate's post-baby food regimen?
