Bristol Palin & Dakota Meyer's New Instagram Photo Is Met With Applause
On the last season of Teen Mom OG, fans witnessed the breakdown of Bristol Palin and Dakota Meyer's marriage, but it seems like they've definitely come a long way since then. In a new Instagram post, Bristol revealed she's Dakota's real estate agent, and fans are so excited that they've managed to come together in this way -- especially because of what them getting along will mean for their kids.
In the photo she shared, she and Dakota are fist bumping, which is a far cry from the screaming matches we witnessed just a couple of months ago.
"You know you’re a boss realtor when your ex husband trusts YOU to list his property," she wrote.
In her bio, Bristol linked to the Zillow listing for his house, which is the same house we saw on the show last season -- the one that Dakota ended up buying Bristol out of when they divorced so she could move into a place of their own after their split.
Obviously, seeing things play out at the end of their marriage was brutal, so tons of fans took to the comments to share their excitement.
A lot of them were really happy to see that they were getting along well enough that he actually wanted Bristol to sell his house -- and that's certainly an improvement.
Others were applauding their co-parenting.
It's pretty cool of Dakota to support Bristol in her career -- by giving her his business. Her commission from the sale will help support their daughters, too, which is so important. And obviously, Sailor and Atlee will be happier if their mom and dad can hang out together. Before, they were at each other's throats so often it didn't seem they'd ever be able to be in the same room, let alone sell a house together.
And don't worry, there were also people begging them to get back together.
We admit that they have been very friendly lately, and seeing them on the reunion almost made us feel like there is a possibility they could end up together again someday. But for now? They seem to be doing really well spending some time apart, so this might be the best thing for them (and their kids).
