'Mean Moms' Movie Is Coming & It's Going to Be So Much Better Than 'Mean Girls'

On Wednesdays, we wear pink! And we may wear pink every single day of the week, if this fetch idea comes to fruition. Stop trying to make "fetch" happen! Wait, what? If you're a fan of Mean Girls, you totally just fetching got that. (Did I try too hard to make fetch happen? Yeah, well...)

Apparently, our A-plus girl Jennifer Aniston is considering signing onto Mean Moms, a spin-off of the uber popular 2004 flick Mean Girls, starring Lindsay Lohan and Rachel McAdams. The Friends alum has apparently been enticed by director Sean Anders, who attached his name to the project this week.

Anders and Aniston worked together in Horrible Bosses 2 in 2014, so they obviously already have a repertoire. Ugh, can you imagine how perfect Jennifer Aniston would be in a Mean Moms sequel to Mean Girls?

Mean Moms is still all in What If Land, and therefore without a release date. It is not expected to star the four original teen stars, including the aforementioned Lohan and McAdams, as well as Lacey Chabert and Amanda Seyfried.

Instead, the script will apparently focus on "happy, well-adjusted parents who move to suburbia similar to that seen in the mall-trolling world of Mean Girls." They'll be in for an ugly awakening when it comes to other parents in suburbia!

Personally, I loved the dressing down that Mean Girls gave to teen girls these days, and I'm hoping that Mean Moms can accomplish a similar feat when it comes to holier-than-though parents in the playgroups and the playground.

And if Jennifer Aniston is involved, I can only hope for awesomeness.

Will you go see Mean Moms?
