Kate Middleton Leaves Kensington Palace With the Prince & Princess in Tow

kate middleton prince william princess charlotteWith Mom and Dad on leave, the newly-grown royal family has made their move to their summer home. Along with 21-month-old George and 4-day-old Charlotte, Kate Middleton and Prince William are headed to their country home.


The family packed up their kids, left the Palace on Wednesday afternoon in London, and embarked on their 116-mile drive to Anmer Hall in Norfolk.

That's right. A two-and-a-half hour drive with two kids under the age of two. A toddler and a newborn? Kate really is a superwoman, there's no doubt about that now.

The family of four is expected to spend the summer in the country estate, and Kate's mom, Carole, is expected to join to help out with the kids. When William returns from paternity leave on June 1, he'll go abck to his flying work. Kate, on the other hand, will take the next few months off from official royal duties in order to care for and bond with the kids.

But for now, the family is all about spending time with one another. With a toddler and a newborn, it looks like they'll have their hands full for the next several weeks.
