Kate Middleton Shares Story About Prince George That's Too Cute for Words!

You know how every parent has that one story about their child that's so stinkin' adorable, they can't resist telling it for years to come? Yeah, well apparently the royals are no different. During a recent interview with luxury travel advisor Claudia Gordon, Kate Middleton shared a tale about Prince George that is so irresistibly sweet, it will make you go, "Aww!" over and over again.

Kate first shared that little Georgie-Porgie is not only walking, but he's talking too -- and it sounds like he's well on his way to being quite the eloquent, articulate little boy.

In Gordon's recount of the conversation with Kate, she said:

... she told me that his daddy, Prince William, was visiting China. After hearing this, Prince George went to the china cabinet, opened it and proclaimed, 'Daddy is not here.'

OMG. Are you dying? Can't you just picture that adorable little boy toddling over to the china cabinet in the hopes of Wills jumping out and yelling "peek-a-boo?!?"

(Side note -- that must be one hell of a china cabinet if George thinks his pops can fit in there.)

Kate then joked that they would "work on George's geography," though based on how smart he is already, it's highly doubtful that he'll have any problems telling the difference between China and china down the road!

Seriously, how many kids his age do you know who would put two and two together like that? Not that we're the least bit surprised or anything given who his parents are, but it sure sounds like Prince George is one very smart little cookie.

Kate and Prince William must be so proud of him, especially given that baby number two is set to arrive any day now. Once he gets used to having a new little sibling in the house, he's bound to be the best big brother a little prince or princess could ask for.

Do you have a funny story from the toddler years that you'll never forget?
