Jessa Duggar Claims She Isn't Jealous Jill Got the Better, Mold-Free House (VIDEO)

Jill and Derick Dillard may have scored the bigger house after they got married, but Jessa Duggar says she isn't holding a grudge against her older sibling—even after discovering her future home has MOLD. The 19 Kids and Counting star and her husband Ben Seewald toured the smaller, less desirable house that Jessa's parents had graciously offered them on the show's season premiere and were shocked and horrified to find it was a wreck. Still, Jessa insists, no hard feelings. Really.

So, a little Duggar house history: Jill and Derrick were offered one of dad Jim Bob's properties after they got married and the couple chose wisely: a 4,000 square foot, $1.5 million house with four bedrooms. Not too shabby.

As is usually a younger sibling's fate, Jessa got what might have been Jill's second choice: a 960-square foot home with two bedrooms and one bathroom that also boasts rich family history: it's the same house where Josh Duggar and wife Anna lived for five years and where Anna gave birth to Michael (in the bathroom, while sitting on the toilet).

Sweet, for sure. But the house has major issues, including a dangerous one: mold. Jessa's face totally fell as she toured the house and could point to quite a few areas marked by black mold. I can't blame her. It could wind up costing an arm and a leg to rid the house of mold, depending on how much it has spread.

Maybe Jessa is secretly fuming that she and Ben are inheriting a headache while Jill and Derick get to be all fancy in what looks like a mansion by comparison. But you'd never know it judging by her words.

Jessa reportedly had this to say about her situation: "We don't mind though, really. That's a lot of work to keep up with. They have three floors. It's got to be a lot of work."

Uh huh. Poor Jill and her three fabulous floors.

Rumor has it that Jessa and Ben are NOT living in the moldy house right now and have either renovated Josh's old house or have moved into brand new digs.

Judging by this clip, it's easy to see why that was the best move:

Do you think Jessa is secretly jealous of Jill?
