Bruce Jenner's Car Crash Might Result in Seriously Dire Consequences

It has not been a good few weeks for Bruce Jenner. The former Olympian was involved in a horrific car crash that killed a 69-year-old widow and left several others injured. Terrible. There's a chance that the crash was Bruce's fault, and rumors have even emerged, saying that the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star may have been texting during the accident. Now it's being reported that if the crash was in fact caused by Jenner, he may be facing manslaughter charges.

A video taken from an MTA bus shows that Bruce did in fact smash his Escalade into the back of the victim's car. Apparently, the video is in police hands right now, and it shows that Bruce didn't just hit one car; he hit two.

According to TMZ, if it's found that Bruce's truck hit both of the cars because he was following too closely, a prosecution of vehicular manslaughter would be more likely than if he was just part of the chain reaction. And if he is charged with manslaughter, he could be looking at up to six years in prison.

Since the horrible accident, Bruce has issued a statement, explaining how sorry he is and how he can't begin to pretend to feel what the victim's family is feeling. Surely, Bruce is nervous right now as well, though, at the possibility of spending the next few years of his life in prison.

In a few weeks, it will likely be announced what Bruce's fate will be. Hopefully, authorities will do what's right and fair and the victim's family will feel some sense of closure. Though, really not sure how possible that is.
