Bobby Brown Is Holding Out for Bobbi Kristina Miracle

The vigil for critically ill Bobbi Kristina Brown continues, and despite earlier reports saying that the 21-year-old had been taken off life support and her family had gathered to say goodbye, her father Bobby Brown is denying that. In fact, sources now say that Bobby, who believes in divine miracles, refuses to let doctors pull the plug.

Despite the fact that a cousin, Jerod Brown, took to Instagram and said that doctors have said the odds are against Bobbi and they "don't see any hope for change," Bobby Brown will not let his daughter go yet.

Family sources say that they had hoped that he would come around to the doctors' way of thinking, but so far he's not budging. Yesterday was Bobby's birthday, so you can't exactly fault him for not wanting to see his daughter die on that day.

Bobby's faith in miracles may have something to do with a relative who once came out of a coma after eight days.

Bobby slammed reports that he had either taken Bobbi Kristina off life support or that the family was fighting. He said:

This is false, just as is the vast majority of the other reporting that is currently taking place. If we issued a statement every time the media published a false report regarding this matter, that’s all we would be doing 24 hours a day.

Bobbi's grandmother, gospel singer Cissy, was also reportedly seen arriving at the hospital. It was only three years ago she had to deal with Whitney's death, and now this. Ugh, this poor family.

I can't blame Bobby for not wanting to be the one who decides when his daughter leaves this Earth. It's a horrendous decision for a parent to have to make. Surely, he will make it when he feels the time is totally appropriate and not one second before. Bobby may not have always been the perfect father, but it sounds like he is definitely there for her in her darkest hour. Let's all hope for a miracle.
