Stars descended upon Phoenix, Arizona, in droves this weekend for the highly anticipated Super Bowl match-up between the New England Patriots and Seattle Seahawks. While their team affiliations were divided pretty much 50/50, everyone had one thing in common -- their selfie game was on point.

Whether they were actually in the middle of the action or pledging their team's allegiance from home, all these celeb selfies are simply amazing.

Don't you think #8 is totally epic?

  • Lenny Kravitz

Super Bowl traffic? No problem! Lenny Kravitz didn't have to ask "Are You Gonna Go My Way?" Nope. He scored a police escort to the game to ensure he arrived in plenty of time to perform with Katy Perry for the halftime show. Now that's a serious rock star move.

  • Joey McIntyre

New England Patriots super fan Joey McIntyre posted this sweet photo with look-alike son Griffin at the game. The New Kid and his kid celebrated the Patriots win later in the evening with bandmate Donnie Wahlberg and Jenny McCarthy.

  • Chrissy Teigen

Who says supermodels don't eat? Chrissy Teigen proved she was all over the Super Bowl snacks as she rooted for the Seahawks. Between this and her Waffle House excursion with Kim Kardashian and Kanye West on Saturday night, Chrissy must've been in junk food heaven.

  • Idina Menzel

Prior to scoring her own personal touchdown while singing the National Anthem, Idina Menzel had to hole up in the closet of her trailer to do some pre-show vocal work, saying it was the best acoustics she could find under the circumstances. So glam! What would Queen Elsa say?

  • Desiree Hartsock

Desiree Hartsock, errr, Siegfried (we're still getting used to that) was in Miami during the game but rallied for her team by wearing a Seahawks jersey from afar. Wonder if their loss put a real damper on her honeymoon?

  • Donnie Wahlberg

Boston-born Donnie Wahlberg (who is a Patriots fan, naturally) found himself surrounded by New Kids on the Block fans before the game. Fortunately his team had "The Right Stuff," taking home the Super Bowl win.

  • Britney Spears and Steven Tyler

Britney Spears and Steven Tyler had a totally adorbs 2001 Super Bowl Halftime Show reunion at this year's game, posing for a bunch of photos together. Wonder if they were kicking themselves for not perching themselves atop the More You Know rainbow a la Katy Perry?

  • Chris Pratt and Chris Evans

Action hero hotties Chris Evans and Chris Pratt were engaged in the most epic Super Bowl bet ever -- with each promising to visit the other's children's hospital of choice dressed in either Captain America or Star Lord garb if their respective team lost. Pratt announced he will actually visit both hospitals as Star Lord. (Aww. Whatta guy!)

  • Jenny McCarthy

Flanked by hubby Donnie Wahlberg and dad Dan McCarthy, Jenny McCarthy tweeted this limo selfie of the gang on the way to the game. Jenny live tweeted the game for Sirius XM. Why do we have a feeling there were a lot of bad jokes about tight ends?

  • Mindy Kaling

We loved Mindy Kaling's "Invisible Mindy" Nationwide commercial during the Super Bowl, but the actress chose not to brave the crowds in Phoenix and watched from the comforts of home with pals like The Office's BJ Novak. This image is everything because it pretty much conveys how much interest we had in the game itself. Very little.

  • Sara Rue

Sara Rue posted this pic with her family, who were rooting hard for the Patriots. We're kind of obsessed with how Sara's daughter Talulah paired her Boston gear with a pink tutu and leggings. That is one fashion statement that is only adorable when you're 2.

  • Gisele Bundchen

How do you celebrate the Super Bowl when you're the supermodel wife of one team's star quarterback? With a blinged out Patriots jersey, of course. Gisele Bundchen is the only person who can make that face and still look hot.
