Taylor Swift's Twitter Is Hacked & She Has Perfect Response to Nude Photo Threats

Taylor SwiftTaylor Swift has become the latest celeb to fall victim to a social media hack, on Tuesday, January 27. The "Shake It Off" singer's Twitter account was allegedly taken over by so-called elite hackers, who promised to release naked pictures of the star in exchange for bitcoins.

T-Swizzle's Twitter account sent out suspicious tweets on Tuesday morning, asking her 50 million-plus followers to follow the Lizard Squad at one of their two accounts -- @lizzard and @veriuser.

The Lizard Squad has taken credit for North Korea's Internet shutdown during the Sony leak scandal. They were also reportedly responsible for Monday night's Instagram and Facebook snafus, and are allegedly involved with ISIS. Involved with terrorists and they shut Facebook down? Criminals.

The tweets were promptly deleted, and the suspicious accounts were suspended, but not before the group claimed to have nude photos of the famously covered-up popstar. I mean, until last week, we weren't even sure she had a belly button!

Tay Tay took to her Tumblr account to address the hacking. She wrote to her fans, "My twitter got hacked but don't worry ... Twitter is deleting the hacker tweets and locking my account until they can figure out how this happened and get me new passwords. Never a dull moment."

Once she got control of her own Twitter again, she responded to the whole debacle in the most glorious way.

Yup, that pretty much proves that Taylor Swift is the best thing to happen to pop music in a long time. Thanks for staying classy, T-Swift!

Do you think Taylor handled the hacking well?
