Jennifer Aniston Has Surprising Things to Say About Angelina Jolie's Latest Movie

Jennifer AnistonAngelia Jolie and Jennifer Aniston may have somewhat of a sordid past (you know, given that Angie's hubby used to be Jen's hubby), but it seems that any sort of hatchet has been completely buried. Aniston not only went to see Jolie's movie, Unbroken, she had great things to say about it!

Aniston dished to Entertainment Tonight on Friday, January 16, that she thought Unbroken was "wonderful." Hey -- maybe misery just loves company? After all, Aniston and Jolie were both noticeably snubbed by the Oscars this year -- Jolie for her latest directional effort on the WWII drama, and Aniston for Cake.

The Friends alum was asked about the "rivalry" between herself and her ex-husband Brad Pitt's new wife, she responded, "I think that's slowly coming to an end. I really do." Finally, right? Brad famously left Jen for Angie in 2005 after meeting her on the set of Mr. & Mrs. Smith. It's certainly reason for any jilted bride to be upset, but it looks as though it's all water under the bridge at this point.

She also mentioned Jolie's work on Unbroken, and had nothing but good things to say.

"I mean, that movie is so beautiful and wonderful, and she did such a gorgeous job," she gushed about the biopic about real-life former Olympian and POW Louis Zamperini. "I think it's time people stop with that petty B.S. and just start celebrating great work and stop with the petty kind of silliness."

She continued, "It's just tiresome and old. It's like an old leather shoe. Let's buy a new pair of shiny shoes."

Word. It's been a decade since all that drama went down, and Brad and Jen both seem really happy with how things have turned out. He's a happily married father of six, and Jen has been engaged to Justin Theroux since 2012.

She gushed last year, "He's just brilliant at everything he does ... He's a wonderful actor. He's a brilliant comedy writer and he's also a beautiful artist ... and a beautiful human being."

It's so cool that the Team Jen and Team Angelina stuff finally seems to be over. After all, if they've moved on, so should we.

Do you think Jennifer Aniston really liked Unbroken?
