It's no big secret that her facial features have magically transformed over the years to the point where she looks exactly nothing like she used to, but believe it or not, Kim Kardashian's butt has also gone through its fair share of different phases. Er ... sizes. The question over whether or not she's had implants put in to enhance her rear end will likely puzzle us forever. But based on looking at various photos through the years, Kim has definitely done something, natural or otherwise, to beef up her backside.
