Mama June Pays Daughter Chickadee Big Bucks to End Their Feud

Here's one way to solve a family problem -- throw lots of hard, cold cash at it and hope for the best. At least that's what Mama June decided to do in an effort to patch things up with her 20-year-old daughter Anna "Chickadee" Cardwell following a mother-and-daughter battle so brutal it hurts just to read about it. The young Here Comes Honey Boo Boo star accused her mom of being "selfish," said she was taking up with Mark McDaniel, a man accused of child molestation, whom she says molested her as a child, as well, AND -- the final nail on the coffin -- reportedly stole money from a trust fund set up in her name. That's a whole lot to tackle at once, but June did what she could to start the healing process -- by cutting her daughter a big, fat check.

Chickadee agreed to meet up with her mom after June handed her a check for $15,400, which is money she reportedly earned from appearing on their reality TV show. Prior to this, Anna told reporters she believed her mom had swiped her earnings from an account in order to buy a car and pay for McDaniel's expenses.

June has denied seeing McDaniel since September and, as for the money, says the only expenses she has covered with it have been Chickadee's -- who has been living in her own place for two years and has a 2-year-old daughter named Kaitlyn.

June has apparently said she realizes she won't be able to make things right with Anna right away, but that they video chat twice daily, June now has some contact with her granddaughter, and both have agreed to try and put their problems behind them.

Do you think Chickadee should forgive Mama June and move on?
