  • Bill Cosby Sex Scandal

    This will forever be known as the year that America lost it's favorite TV dad. Bill Cosby has been dogged by rumors of affairs and even assault allegations in the past, but this latest spate of accusations came after  comedian Hannibal Buress slammed the star during an October stand-up show. "He gets on TV, 'Pull your pants up black people, I was on TV in the 80s! I can talk down to you because I had a successful sitcom!'" Buress said. "Yeah, but you rape women, Bill Cosby, so turn the crazy down a couple notches." Since November, more than 15 women have come forward with graphic details of allegedly being drugged and rapped by Cosby.

    Shortly after Jessa Duggar tied the knot to Ben Seewald, there was buzz that the virgin 19 Kids and Counting star and her new hubby had sex before actually leaving the church. During the ceremony, they left the altar to share their first kiss (they had NEVER locked lips before) in private. But a guest says they took things a step -- or three -- further and knocked boots.

    When Renee Zellweger stepped out for the ELLE Women in Hollywood Awards, she made heads turn for all the wrong reasons. Gone were those plump, cherubic cheeks that everyone associated with Jerry Maguire's breakout star. But she didn't just look thinner. Some people even speculated that her bone structure had been altered in some way. For her part, the actress attributed her new look to living a more blissful, cleaner lifestyle: "I'm glad folks think I look different! I'm living a different, happy, more fulfilling life, and I'm thrilled that perhaps it shows."

    Perhaps no death this year was more shocking than that of Robin Williams. The comedian took his own life on August 11 at the age of 63, leaving millions of fans wondering how someone who spent decades making other people happy feel as though his life wasn't worth living. In the wake of the tragedy, it was revealed that the actor suffered from anxiety, paranoia, was in the early stages of Parkinson's, and had battled depression one and off for many years.

  • A Real Housewife Heads to the Slammer

    After pleading guilty to bankruptcy fraud charges, Teresa and Joe Giudice are headed to prison. The table flipping Real Housewives of New Jersey star will be locked up for 15 months and her hubby for nearly four years. Needless to say, this is a nightmare come true for the pampered reality TV diva.

  • Ray Rice Caught on Camera Beating Then-Fiance

    The footage of Ray Rice cold-cocking Janay Palmer was perhaps the most watched video of the year. It was brutal, violent, and completely horrific to see this big, NFL star punch a woman twice and show no remorse as he dragged her unconscious body from an elevator. Though Palmer later married Rice, it didn't sway public opinion in his favor. He was terminated from the Baltimore Ravens.

  • Stephen Collins' Sick Admission Catches Us All Off Guard

    During a 2012 therapy session with his then-wife Faye Grant, 7th Heaven star Stephen Collins admitted to molesting three girls. Little did he know, she was recording the conversation and  the tape was released this year. He remained silent for months, but finally offered a confession to People magazine, admitting "Forty years ago, I did something terribly wrong that I deeply regret. I have been working to atone for it ever since."

  • Lena Dunham's Bizarre Over-Share

    Lena Dunham was accused of molesting her little sister after her book, Not That Kind of Girl, was released. The excerpt that raised eyebrows:

    One day, as I sat in our driveway in Long Island playing with blocks and buckets, my curiosity got the best of me. Grace was sitting up, babbling and smiling, and I leaned down between her legs and carefully spread open her vagina. She didn't resist and when I saw what was inside I shrieked. My mother came running. 'Mama, Mama! Grace has something in there!' My mother didn't bother asking why I had opened Grace's vagina. This was within the spectrum of things I did. She just on her knees and looked for herself. It quickly became apparent that Grace had stuffed six or seven pebbles in there. My mother removed them patiently while Grace cackled, thrilled that her prank had been a success.

    The conservative site Truth Revolt then alleged she sexually abused her sister. Not surprisingly, Dunham took to Twitter to shoot down the accusation: "The right wing news story that I molested my little sister isn't just LOL – it's really f------ upsetting and disgusting."

  • Mama June's Illicit Romance

    Though the Here Comes Honey Boo Boo clan had it's fair share of critics, there was one thing no one could dispute: Mama June Shannon always seemed to put her daughter's first. That image was blown to bits after it was alleged the matriarch was again dating an ex boyfriend who had spent 10 years in prison for molesting her eldest daughter Anna. TLC promptly cancelled the show. 

  • Kim's Butt Tries to Break the Internet

    As if we needed further proof that Kim Kardashian loves attention. The reality star partnered with Paper Magazine in an attempt to "break the internet." One of the images from the racy shoot featured the star baring that famous booty of hers. Another was a jaw-dropping full frontal.
