Kanye West's Bizarre Plan to Show Off Kim Kardashian's Body

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West

It's no secret that Kanye West is quite proud of wife Kim Kardashian's voluptuous and famous physique. And it's no secret that Kanye can be a bit, shall we say, over the top with his pride. But his latest plan to pay homage to Kim's famous behind is a bit much -- even for him! According to the Daily Star, Kanye is planning on erecting a naked statue of Kim and her behind in the grand lobby of their Los Angeles home!

Wait, it gets better. This statue WON'T be a replica of Kim's Internet breaking, bare butt pose from her Paper magazine shoot. Instead Kanye wants Kim to replicate Grace Jones' famous stance from the cover of her 1985 album Island Life. Please, if you're not familiar, take a look at it right here as words won't do it justice. At least we know Kim isn't afraid to get all greased up.

Oh wait, but there's still more (I kinda feel like Christmas has come early here!) ... the reason why Kanye isn't going with Kim's Paper magazine pose for the statue? Insiders report, "He thought that might be a little bit too personal to display to visitors who will clap eyes on her statue the moment they walk in the door." Uh what? But he thinks everyone will just breeze right past a statue of Kim naked and balancing on one foot in a headband bikini?

But don't worry, Kanye isn't planning on having Kim get naked alone. He also has plans for ANOTHER art piece, a "gallery quality" piece of erotic art depicting him and Kim naked that will be displayed on their bedroom wall.

The good news is we will get to see the entire artistic process play out on the upcoming season of Keeping Up With the Kardashians. Apparently Kanye explains on camera that he wants these pieces of art created so Kim will be “appreciated for her classic shape” and “artistic merit.”

Okay Kanye, whatever you say ... but for someone who tries to be too cool for the mainstream, this just seems like a desperate attempt to hog airtime on a reality show that you usually support at a bare minimum -- if that. Not to mention that I personally think commissioning art of yourself is tacky. And of course narcissistic, but that's just a given!

What do you think of Kanye's plans to immortalize Kim in art form?
