Kate Middleton & Camilla Parker-Bowles' Feud Takes a Nasty Turn

Recently, it was reported that the Duke and Duchess would be spending Christmas alone -- well, at least part of it alone, which is a big deviation from the typical royal family celebrations. Initially, it was thought that the reason Kate Middleton and Prince William wanted to do their own low-key thing was because they've got another baby on the way and Kate is simply tired. However. New reports are claiming that the real reason William and Kate are opting out of Queen Elizabeth's festivities this year is because Kate and Camilla Parker-Bowles are still fighting.

In fact, some reports are claiming that the ladies' fighting has gotten so bad that they can't stand to be in the same room as one another!

Now, who knows exactly how much truth there is to this, but some sources are claiming that one of the big reasons Kate can't stand to be around Camilla is because of her supposed kissing up to Queen Elizabeth in hopes that she'll abdicate the throne, so Prince Charles can become king. Kate apparently finds this kind of behavior "repulsive," according to The Hollywood Gossip. (Take this with a grain of salt, please.)

If you believe the "where there's smoke, there's fire" theory, it sounds like something is amiss between the two women, and that has to make things incredibly awkward for the entire royal family -- especially Prince Charles and Prince William. Hopefully, the real reason the Duke and Duchess are spending part of Christmas alone has more to do with Kate's pregnancy than her feelings toward Camilla.

I mean, not being able to be in the same room as one another? Yikes. That would be pretty bad.

Do you think the feud between Kate and Camilla is real?
