Khloe Kardashian's Gross Diet Trick Is Really Kind of Disturbing

Khloe Kardashian

Even though she's one of those people whose weight tends to fluctuate, it's impossible not to notice that Khloe Kardashian appears to have slimmed down quite a bit in recent weeks. Her waist is thinner than ever, and she's looking a lot more toned and in shape. She must be doing something other than just hitting the gym to achieve such amazing results.

And apparently she's does have a trick for making sure she keeps the pounds at bay, which is actually pretty messed up.

According to The National Enquirer, Khloe sprays a Windex-like cleaner on her food so that she doesn't ingest too many calories. I know. If this is true, it's definitely enough to make you gag.

A source claims Khloe learned the trick from Victoria Beckham, saying, "Khloe loved the idea and started spraying everything! She dubbed it the 'one-bite' system to indulge without gaining weight.

The insider adds, "Khloe will spray it on something after she's had a bite or two so she won't keep eating it."

Kourtney Kardashian was supposedly horrified by her behavior, yelling, "That's disgusting and weird!" after seeing Khloe spray her food during a recent lunch outing.

Um, I'm sorry, but in addition to being really, really gross, doesn't it seem beyond wasteful of Khloe to destroy one perfectly good meal after another for the sake of maintaining a slim figure? If she's concerned about eating too much, why doesn't she order an appetizer-sized portion of whatever entree she wants or, better yet, just sip lemon water (or whatever the celeb types like to drink at restaurants).

Ugh. Whatever happened to everything in moderation combined with a regular exercise regime as a weight loss strategy? If Khloe really has resorted to poisoning her food so she can't eat it, she's setting herself up for a life of deprivation and desperation, which is just plain sad.

Do you think Khloe really does this to her food?
