Fergie Talks About New Album & That Time She Peed Her Pants Onstage

FergieFergie is back, y'all! After taking an extended break from the music scene, the Black Eyed Peas front woman is releasing her first studio album in six years early next year. The 39-year-old recently sat down for a radio interview to discuss competition in the hip hop world, her collaboration with Nicki Minaj, and oh yeah, that time she infamously peed her pants on stage.

Yup, the "London Bridge" singer has collaborated with fellow hip hip artist Nicki Minaj, whom she calls friendly competition, along with newcomer Iggy Azelea.

While talking with "Ebro in the Morning" on Hot 97, she said the two singers are "healthy competition" and "there's nothing wrong with that." She confessed, "That's normal. That's just like flirting. It's a normal human thing."

Fergie released "L.A. Love," her first solo in more than half a decade, in September, and revealed that her album is due early next year. She announced that she and Minaj had recorded a track together, and hinted that it might be released ahead of the album. "Possibly," she said with a smile.

And then they got into the really good stuff, like the time Mrs. Josh Duhamel's wife had an accident while performing onstage in 2005. She called it "the most unattractive moment of my life."

She explained what happened to cause the unfortunate incident. "It does not just happen all the time," she explained. "We were late for stage, driving down the freeway, it's Friday traffic ... get to the stage, we have to start right the show, I'm running on and we jump and do 'Let's Get It Started' and I get crazy and I jump and I run across the stage and my adrenaline was going and gosh ..."

She shook her head in embarrassment and lamented, "I wish it didn't happen ... it was so embarrassing!"

Hey, it may have been embarrassing, but it obviously wasn't enough to scare her now-husband Josh Duhamel off. The interviewer got into her personal life and asked if she and Josh were into "some sexual fantasy stuff," she didn't even have to think about how to reply.

"Oh, roll play? Hell yeah!" she exclaimed. "Are you kidding me?" she continued. "I feel sorry for people who don't."

We can't help but love this woman.

Have you ever had an accident in public?
