Delusional Dean McDermott Reveals Future Plans for Family & 'True Tori'

Dean McDermott has been making the rounds this week discussing everything from his mental health to his marriage to his plans for the future. And when it comes to his latest revelations, there's good news and bad news.

First the bad -- the seriously bad: Dean is implying there could be more kids in store with Tori Spelling.

The reality star/sometimes actor/sometimes TV host tells E! News that despite the barrage of criticism they've received after airing their dirty laundry on the Lifetime series True Tori and their alleged financial woes, another baby isn't out of the question.

And to that I cry, Are you serious?

Barring Tori's health ... the shop's not closed, as crazy as that may sound. We love our kids, we make beautiful babies, and we love a big family so not going to say no, not going to say yes.

It does sound crazy, man. It does. And why? Because not only has Spelling recently been hospitalized, but complications from her last pregnancy could have proved fatal. Couple that with the tremendous strain McDermott's cheating and addiction have put on their family and reports claiming they've gone through $18 million in a snap, adding a baby into the mix sounds downright nuts ... for everyone.

Fortunately it appears as though Spelling is, at the very least, working on a slow recovery from the illness that sent her to the hospital.

She's on the mend. She's not 100 percent. She was taken down by bronchitis, sinusitis and pneumonia, so she really got a one-two punch. It knocked her down pretty hard, so she's, you know, trying her best. And all the kids are great. They're thrilled to have her home, so that's what's really important -- having her home and getting her back to perfect health.

But then there's this: Despite having the feels on every entertainment news show in Los Angeles this week, McDermott tells Access Hollywood Live today that he's done airing his issues on True Tori.

I'm not going to continue with the show. We have five more shows left ... I can't do this anymore. I can't keep opening a vein, opening my soul, and sharing my feelings and thoughts and demons with the world.

Apparently he's just going to talk about himself ... every place else! To each his own, but True Tori has been one heavy, wild ride we can't stop watching.

Would you consider having another child even in the wake of these family issues?
