'Game of Thrones' Season 5 Spoilers Bring Back Fan Fave From the Dead (VIDEO)

So it's no secret that Game of Thrones features, well, a lot of death. The author of the book series, George R. R. Martin, clearly has no fear of killing off fans' favorite characters. From cough to ahem to pardon me to nudge nudge (trying not to spoil it for you GoT virgins!), we've experienced all five stages of grief when it comes to some of these beloved characters kicking the bucket. Red Wedding, anyone? Season 1, episode 9 shocker, anyone?

All right, all right, now that we got that out of the way, it's time to stop talking in vagueness. There are GAME OF THRONES SPOILERS ahead.

One of the most shocking deaths from season 4 and from A Storm of Swords took place when badass Tyrion Lannister shot his father Tywin Lannister with an arrow to a gut, causing Tywin to die right on the crapper. But the incredible actor who plays him, Charles Dance, revealed that Tywin is actually going to come back for season 5.

How's that even possible?

Listen, the man himself says so!

Does that mean, in season 5, we'll be getting more of this?

Whoops, how did that get in there!

Anyway, let's hope so. Because with the deaths of him and Joffrey, the two villains we love to hate, someone's gonna have to really step up to fill their absence on this show.

"I'm not completely missing out on the next series ... haHA! You haven't seen the last of Tywin Lannister," Dance warns.

So could it be the same as what took place when King Joffrey was poisoned, and he was shown lying there dead as his parents got it on next to his corpse?

But as MTV correctly pointed out, there could be an appearance by Maggy the Frog, a fortune teller who sees into Tywin's daughter Cersei's past. Perhaps Tywin will show up during those flashbacks.

Regardless, Charles Dance seriously just owned that role as Tywin Lannister, and it would be great to see him come back in whatever capacity. Even if he came back in ghost form to haunt Tyrion or the White Walkers bring him back to life or ... okay, just kidding. Still, a flashback with a little Crazy Cersei would be so much more interesting than watching him lying there as a corpse, so let's hope these rumors prove to be true.

How do you think Tywin Lannister will come back in season 5?
